McCrory-CTi Services (MCS) provided a cradle-to-grave building services for this new-build townhouse development. We started with helping the client to design a custom townhouse in the museum district area. Then, MCS coordinated with Architect to develop the engineering submittal required for the City of Houston permitting department. We developed the engineering blueprints, defined the scoped of work, construction estimate and schedule, construction execution, etc.
